This coating unit was specially developed for inline coating between longitudinal and transverse stretching in foil-stretching lines. With coating widths of up to 3,800 mm, the result is coated foil webs with a width of over 10 m.
The coating unit is used for single and double-sided coating of primer and barrier layers and can be used both for new foil-stretching lines and for retrofitting existing installations.
The coating unit is available in different versions, both as a fixed coating unit (INCO 800) and as a cartridge (INCO 800 A). In both cases, it offers a compact design, good accessibility and excellent user-friendliness.
It is mainly used to process water-based functional coatings based on acrylates, polyesters, polyurethanes or silicone emulsions.
